About Applications

Thank you for your interest in renting a home with us! Application fees are $25 per adult (over the age of 18) which allows us to conduct a background check, verify place of employment and contact your landlord references (if applicable).

There are a couple of different methods available to you for submitting the application. You may drop off a physical application at the time of a showing along with payment or you may email your documents to Lora at loverweg@charter.net and pay at your showing appointment by cash or venmo.

We do NOT discrimination due to race, religion, ethnic background or nationality, gender, age, family status, disability and more and are fully compliant with the FAIR HOUSING LAWS.

Tenant information

Q: Will my utilities be turned on already when I move in?

A: Yes! Your utilities should already be turned on before you transfer them over into your name. When moving in, the tenant has three (3) business days to contact their utility companies and have them switched over into their own name.

Q: Am I allowed to paint my walls?

A: If you'd like to explore the option of painting the walls in your home, please contact Lora for approval. All painting must be done by professionals and you may be charged to re-paint upon move-out.

Q: How can I pay rent?

A: Rent is due the first of each month and is paid online through a provided link.

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: We do NOT allow pets unless it is a service animal. Unfortunately, we have had too many instances of damage from animals.
