Founded and run by Steve and Lora Overweg, OCI Properties is built on decades of experience and a deep commitment to quality and care. Steve brings over 30 years of expertise as a residential builder, having personally constructed many of the homes we manage today. He continues to serve as our dedicated maintenance technician, groundskeeper, and building supervisor—ensuring every property is kept in top condition.

Behind the scenes, Lora oversees all administrative operations with precision and warmth. From lease agreements to tenant communications, she ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
